Day 1 : Arrival

Upon arrival meet and greet at Varanasi Airport/Railway Station and transfer to Hotel. Varanasi or Banaras (also known as Kashi) is one of the oldest living cities in the world. Varanasi`s Prominence in Hindu mythology is virtually unrevealed. Mark Twain, the English author and literature, who was enthralled by the legend and sanctity of Banaras, once wrote: Banaras is older than history, older than tradition, older even than legend and looks twice as old as all of them put together.Abode of Lord Shiva and Parvati, the origins of Varanasi are yet unknown. Ganges in Varanasi is believed to have the power to wash away the sins of mortals.Later in the evening proceed to visit the evening Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat. Every evening Ganga Aarti is carried out in three holy cities of India. They are Haridwar, Rishikesh and Varanasi. All three of them have different vibes and energies. It is said that you should be a part of all the three aartis once in a lifetime.The Aarti is always carried out facing the River Ganga. A lot of lamps are lit during the Aarti. They are usually circled out by priests. It is always done clockwise. The Aarti is always accompanied by different songs sung while praising the Ganga. Day 2 : Varanasi

Early morning boat ride tour will give you the real view of holy Varanasi, where you will see the morning rituals, special features of the various Ghats that you will pass along the way and burning ghat where the dead are cremated. After boat ride Visit the popular Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Manas Mandir, Birla Temple and Sankat Mochan Temple. Return back to hotel for breakfast. After breakfast proceed to visit Sarnath. A quiet and spiritual town set amidst the otherwise densely populated state of Uttar Pradesh, Sarnath is a city of historical marvel with numerous Buddhist stupas, museums, excavated ancient sites and beautiful temples that prove to be a source of immense wonder and astonishment to tourists due to their mystical and serene setting. Being just 10 kms from Varanasi, Sarnath is often flocked with devotees is the perfect pilgrimage site for Buddhists, Jains and Hindus, alike. After visiting Sarnath return back to Varanasi. Day 3 : Varanasi / Prayagraj / Varanasi by Surface

Early breakfast at hotel. After breakfast proceed for same day excursion to Prayagraj. Triveni Sangam is the junction point of three rivers - Ganga, Yamuna, and Saraswati (which is a mythical river, supposed to have dried up millenniums ago) Both Ganga and Yamuna are extremely revered rivers in Indian mythology, and hence the confluence point of these rivers has attained extremely high religious importance. Anand Bhawan is the former residence of Nehru family which has now been transformed into a museum showcasing various artefacts and articles of the era of Independence movement in India.Khusro Bagh was built by King Jahangir for his son Khusro. The tombstone of the prince lies in this garden along with that of his mother Shah Begum. Allahabad Fort is a splendid work of architecture that was built during the reign of Akbar, the Mughal Emperor in 1583. The marvelous structure is located on the banks of the confluence of the Rivers Ganga and Yamuna and is well-known for being the largest fort ever built by Akbar. Bade Hanuman Mandir is located at Sangam area of Allahabad. Constructed underground, with a leaning posture of 20-feet long and 8-feet wide deity of Hanuman, this temple is one of its own kind. Later in the evening return back to Varanasi. Overnight Stay at Hotel in Varanasi.

Day 4 : Departure

Breakfast at hotel. After breakfast transfer to Airport/Railway Station.

Cancellation Policy

• As Per Hotel Policy
• Normal Cancellation Charges per person
• Up to 30 days prior to date of departure -Initial deposit amount - 25% of the tour cost (Non Refundable) per person
• Between 22 days to 29 days prior to departure - 50% of tour cost ( We need 50% payment as well)
• Between 16 days to 21 days prior to departure - 75% of tour cost
• Less than 15 days prior to departure - 100% of tour cost
• This policy may vary as per hotels booked & also during Apr, May and Jun months, Diwali / Dussehra and New Year period and Long Weekends will go up to 100% cancellation - After confirmation.
• Bank transaction charges apply on credit card/net banking refunds.
• Air ticket cost non refundable & no reschedule policy

Terms and Conditions

• The cost is based on a minimum 02 adults traveling together. Surcharges for single passengers opting for Single Occupancy room will be advised at the time of booking.
• For computation purpose the Rate of Exchange is as per the current prevailing rate and thus make the prices dynamic.
• The rates are not valid during exhibitions, conventions, special events, Trade Fairs and blackout dates. Surcharges shall apply and shall be determined at the time of booking.
• Surcharges wherever applicable would be advised at the time of booking.
• The rates are subject to availability of services (hotel accommodation, sightseeing tours and transfers) at the time of booking. We reserve the right to use an alternate hotel accommodation of an equal or higher standard. If we source a more expensive alternative, we reserve the right to re-quote based on the higher rates .
• Rates are valid for Indian Passport holders only. li>
• International Check in time around 1400 - 1600 hours / Check out time is 1000 - 1200 hours, early check in and check out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. .
• Transfers wherever included are without night surcharges.
• Seat in Coach - Airport transfers will operate from 0700hrs- 2200hrs. From 2300hrs- 0700hrs, private arrival/departure transfer shall be applicable with an additional supplement per services per person.
• No refunds either in part or in full will be made for any unutilized service.
• All the sightseeing tours and excursions are organized by local companies. The timings and days of operation are subject to alteration. Changes if any will be intimated at the time of booking.
• Sightseeing tours are strictly based on weather conditions and local service providers have the right to cancel the sightseeing tours without prior notice.
• Bookings once confirmed are subject to cancellation charges which shall be advised at that time.
• As a practice all international hotels take a security deposit at the time of check-in. The amount is generally blocked on the clients credit card or they can pay cash to the hotel. The amount will vary according to the hotel and is refunded back to the clients upon check out. Debit cards should not be offered as it will be charged immediately and refunded only after 2-3 weeks.
