Day 1 : Arrive Rome

WELCOME TO ROME! Transfer from airport to hotel. You will receive information for the start of your circuit in the afternoon or this will be on the informative signs in the hotel reception. 19:00 h. Transfer to the Via Cavour area, a great introduction to Rome where you will find restaurants serving Italian, Indian, Chinese and international food. Return to hotel. IMPORTANT - IF YOU REQUESTED ADDITIONAL NIGHTS on arrival at the hotel you will have your booking made but the guide of your trip will normally not arrive until the start of the included activities. YOUR TIME BEFORE THIS MOMENT IS THEREFORE FREE. At your hotel they can help you with all the information you need. NB: The schedules you will find in this itinerary are approximate. The guide, depending on the situation and in order to improve the development of the circuit, may adjust the schedules.

Day 2 : ROME

TODAYS HIGHLIGHTS: City tour of Rome. Roman Coliseum (admission price included) and Vatican City. Evening transfer to the Trastevere area. In the morning, we have a scenic tour of the city, which will be a great introduction toThe Eternal city. We enter the tiny state of the Vatican. The Vatican City is a principal centre of Christianity in the world. You will be able to visit St. Peters Basilica. And we have also included admission to the Roman Coliseum, the principal symbol of Rome. This impressive conÕstruction dates back 2,000 years and will transport us in time so that we can learn about ancient society in the Roman Empire. In the evening we provide a transfer to Trastevere area. A stroll in the narrow cobbled streets of the Trastevere district reveals hidden treasures to us, such as some modest mediaeval churches, small shops with the most peculiar of objects or scenes of daily life. Many trattorias (informal Italian eating establishments) and osterias (inns) imbued with the Italian spirit will be ready to serve you local dishes. Other restaurants serving Indian, Chinese and international food can be found in this area. Return to hotel.

Day 3 : ROME - FLORENCE

Total distance: 320km Scenery: Apennine Mountains and Tuscan vineyards. Note: We recommend you wear comfortable shoes as the tour of Florence involves walking. 08:00h Rome Departure, passing through the Tiber Valley. 12:15h Florence Our first contact with the Renaissance city is Piazzale Michelangelo, a viewpoint with marvellous views of the city. Dont forget to take your camera! Walking tour with local guide, lasting two and a half hours. We visit the Duomo, Piazza della Signoria, Ponte Vechio, Straw Market, Piazza Republica, Palacio Vecchio. Free afternoon to explore and visit the citys historical markets and museums. The city has many restaurants that offer a wide variety of local and international food, where you can dine. Return to hotel.

Day 4 : FLORENCE - VENICE

Total distance: 310km Scenery: we cross the Apennines and the Po Valley. 08.15h Florencia Departure, passing through mountain scenery. 12:00 h Venice Arrival at Tronchetto Gate where we take the boat and cross the Giudecca to the Island of Venice. Comprehensive tour with a local guide to St. Marks Square and the interior of St. Marks Basilica (admission included). Visit to the Murano Glass Factory where we will see a demonstration of how this ancient glass is made. Free afternoon. 19:00h Return to firm land and transfer to hotel. Accommodation in the Mestre district.

Day 5 : VENICE - INNSBRUCK - ZURICH

Total distance: 680km Scenery: Breathtaking alpine scenery, lakes and snow-peaked mountains. Note: do not forget to bring your passport, as it might be requested when crossing into Switzerland. 08.00 hrs. Venice Departure, we will cut across the Po Valley on our way to Austria. 13.00 hrs.- Innsbruck.- time to take a stroll in its historic town centre and to have lunch. 15.30 hrs.- Innsbruck departure. We will continue our journey through the wonderful Tyrolean sceneries as we cross into Switzerland. 19.30hrs- ZURICH, Free time in the historic city centre which sits right by the lake. There is a wide variety of local and international restaurants where you can have dinner at. Return to the hotel.

Day 6 : ZURICH - LUCERNE - ZURICH

Total distance: 280 km TODAYôS HIGHLIGHTS: Admire the fantastic landscapes. Cable car included to Grildelwald first. Lunch included Note: Wear warm clothing and comfortable shoes to walk and your camera. Note: Due to weather conditions (strong wind) or maintenance reasons, the cable car may not operate at any time. If this happens, we will provide an alternative lift to another similar place. 07.30 hrs- Zurich- departure to a spectacular stage with beautiful landscapes with high mountains and lakes. 10.00 hrs.- Grindelwald. Time to have a coffee in this mountain resort in the Bernese Alps before taking the cable car to Grindelwald First (ticket included), the largest ski center in the region. We will walk along the path (30 minutes) in which we will have the opportunity in breathtaking alpine landscapes to take the 'footbridge over the emptiness' enjoying the glaciers that surround us; Lunch included for all passengers (vegetarian option available). 13.45 hrs- Grindelwald departure. We continue to Lucerne. 15.30 hrs- Lucerne- arrival in time to explore one of the most interesting Swiss cities and see the KapellBrack, covered bridge over the river Reuss, the Town Hall and Square with its Clock Tower and its pedestrian streets and elegant shops. Time to stroll, enjoy the city and dine before returning to the hotel in Zurich. 19:00 h. Return to Zurich. 20.00 h. -Zurich - Zurich.

Day 7 : ZURICH-BERNE-PARIS

Total distance: 720 km Scenery: Lakes and mountains in Switzerland. Note: We enter France, remember to have your passport ready. 07.30 h. - Zurich Departure. 09:00 h. Bern Arrival-. Free time in the Swiss capital which has an attractive historical centre with the appearance of a large village. We will visit the Federal Council Square, the Cathedral and the Clock Tower, and see the citys statues and fountains. 12.00 h. - Bern - Departure-. View of Neuchatel Lake. We cross the Free Country amidst beautiful scenery. After crossing the French border we will stop for lunch in a service area. 21.00 h. -Paris - Arrival

Day 8 : PARIS

TODAYS HIGHLIGHTS: Transfer to Versailles Palace. Funicular ride included to Montmartre district. City tour in Paris. Early in the morning, we will leave for Versailles, the immense palace of the kings of France. After that, we will return to Paris at lunch time where we provide a transfer to the Montmartre disÕtrict. We will ascend by funicular to the hill and admire the spectacular view of Paris from the top. Thisneighbourhood is known for its painters, artists, and its cabÕaretsâ Sit down for lunch and enjoy a magical atmosphere. Then, a scenic guided tour to discover the history, main boulevards and the breathtaking monuments of Paris will take place. Return to hotel.

Day 9 : PARIS

TODAYS HIGHLIGHTS: Eiffel Tower and boat cruise in the City of Lights. We go to the centre of Paris, starting by the Eiffel Tower area. You will have the opportunity to climb up to the second floor of this remarkable metal monument (ticket included). Then, we enjoy a boat cruise along the River Seine, which divides the north of Paris from the south. Enjoy a free afternoon to explore as you choose.

Cancellation Policy

• As Per Hotel Policy
• Normal Cancellation Charges per person
• Up to 30 days prior to date of departure -Initial deposit amount - 25% of the tour cost (Non Refundable) per person
• Between 22 days to 29 days prior to departure - 50% of tour cost ( We need 50% payment as well)
• Between 16 days to 21 days prior to departure - 75% of tour cost
• Less than 15 days prior to departure - 100% of tour cost
• This policy may vary as per hotels booked & also during Apr, May and Jun months, Diwali / Dussehra and New Year period and Long Weekends will go up to 100% cancellation - After confirmation.
• Bank transaction charges apply on credit card/net banking refunds.
• Air ticket cost non refundable & no reschedule policy

Terms and Conditions

• The cost is based on a minimum 02 adults traveling together. Surcharges for single passengers opting for Single Occupancy room will be advised at the time of booking.
• For computation purpose the Rate of Exchange is as per the current prevailing rate and thus make the prices dynamic.
• The rates are not valid during exhibitions, conventions, special events, Trade Fairs and blackout dates. Surcharges shall apply and shall be determined at the time of booking.
• Surcharges wherever applicable would be advised at the time of booking.
• The rates are subject to availability of services (hotel accommodation, sightseeing tours and transfers) at the time of booking. We reserve the right to use an alternate hotel accommodation of an equal or higher standard. If we source a more expensive alternative, we reserve the right to re-quote based on the higher rates .
• Rates are valid for Indian Passport holders only. li>
• International Check in time around 1400 - 1600 hours / Check out time is 1000 - 1200 hours, early check in and check out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. .
• Transfers wherever included are without night surcharges.
• Seat in Coach - Airport transfers will operate from 0700hrs- 2200hrs. From 2300hrs- 0700hrs, private arrival/departure transfer shall be applicable with an additional supplement per services per person.
• No refunds either in part or in full will be made for any unutilized service.
• All the sightseeing tours and excursions are organized by local companies. The timings and days of operation are subject to alteration. Changes if any will be intimated at the time of booking.
• Sightseeing tours are strictly based on weather conditions and local service providers have the right to cancel the sightseeing tours without prior notice.
• Bookings once confirmed are subject to cancellation charges which shall be advised at that time.
• As a practice all international hotels take a security deposit at the time of check-in. The amount is generally blocked on the clients credit card or they can pay cash to the hotel. The amount will vary according to the hotel and is refunded back to the clients upon check out. Debit cards should not be offered as it will be charged immediately and refunded only after 2-3 weeks.
• The Trip4u is not responsible for any change in the price due to factors not in the control of the organization.
• The Trip4u shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, accident, changes in schedule arising from factors within or beyond our control.

• Pricing of package is based on the correct age. Booking with incorrect age may incur penalty at later stage.
