Day 1 : Arrival Zurich

Welcome to Europe. On arrival at the airport we shall be waiting to transfer you to the hotel. You can enjoy free time until your tour starts, information about the meeting place and start time can be found on the information boards in the hotel reception area. IMPORTANT - IF YOU REQUESTED ADDITIONAL NIGHTS on arrival at the hotel you will have your booking made but the guide of your trip will normally not arrive until the start of the included activities. YOUR TIME BEFORE THIS MOMENT IS THEREFORE FREE. At your hotel they can help you with all the information you need. NB: The schedules you will find in this itinerary are approximate. The guide, depending on the situation and in order to improve the development of the circuit, may adjust the schedules.

Day 2 : Zurich - Rapperswil - Zurich

Road distance: 40 km TODAYS HIGHLIGHTS: Boat trip across Zurich lake. Journey by train. Notes: bring your camera. 08.30 hrs With our guide, we will stroll in the most populated city of Switzerland, the financial and cultural capital of the country. The city of banks has twice been declared the city with the best quality of life in the world. 10.30 hrs After this we will board a boat for a trip lasting almost two hours on Zurich lake. The boat makes brief stops, allowing us to admire the villages on the way. 12.30 hrs We get off in RAPPERSWILL, a small and highly picturesque village overlooked by its mediaeval castle. Time to walk and have lunch. 15.00 hrs We return to Zurich by train, and will see the efficiency and punctuality of the Swiss Railways. 16.30 hrs Enjoy an evening in the historic centre, next to the lake, where you can dine at your favorite restaurant (Indian, Oriental, Italian, International, Swiss, etc.). Note: From the end of October, due to the decrease of boat departures, the stage will be reversed going first by train from Zurich to Rapperswill and then by boat from Rapperswill to Zurich.

Day 3 : Zurich - Grindelwald - Lucerne - Zurich

Total distance: 280 km TODAYS HIGHLIGHTS: Admire the fantastic landscapes. Cable car included to Grildelwald first. Lunch included Note: Wear warm clothing and comfortable shoes to walk and your camera. Note: Due to weather conditions (strong wind) or maintenance reasons, the cable car may not operate at any time. If this happens, we will provide an alternative lift to another similar place. 07.30 hrs- Zurich- departure to a spectacular stage with beautiful landscapes with high mountains and lakes. 10.00 hrs. Grindelwald. Time to have a coffee in this mountain resort in the Bernese Alps before taking the cable car to Grindelwald First (ticket included), the largest ski center in the region. We will walk along the path (30 minutes) in which we will have the opportunity in breathtaking alpine landscapes to take the 'footbridge over the emptiness' enjoying the glaciers that surround us; Lunch included for all passengers (vegetarian option available). 13.45 hrs Grindelwald departure. We continue to Lucerne. 15.30 hrs Lucerne arrival in time to explore one of the most interesting Swiss cities and see the KapellBrck, covered bridge over the river Reuss, the Town Hall and Square with its Clock Tower and its pedestrian streets and elegant shops. Time to stroll, enjoy the city and dine before returning to the hotel in Zurich. 19:00 h. Return to Zurich 20.00 h. Zurich - Zurich

Day 4 : Zurich - Berne - Paris.

Total distance: 720 km Scenery: Lakes and mountains in Switzerland. Note: We enter France, remember to have your passport ready. 07.30 h. Zurich Departure. 09:00 h. Bern Arrival-. Free time in the Swiss capital which has an attractive historical centre with the appearance of a large village. We will visit the Federal Council Square, the Cathedral and the Clock Tower, and see the citys statues and fountains. 12.00 h Bern - Departure. View of Neuchatel Lake. We cross the Free Country amidst beautiful scenery. After crossing the French border we will stop for lunch in a service area. 21.00 h. Paris - Arrival.

Day 5 : Paris

TODAYS HIGHLIGHTS: Transfer to Versailles Palace. Funicular ride included to Montmartre district. City tour in Paris. Early in the morning, we will leave for Versailles, the immense palace of the kings of France. After that, we will return to Paris at lunch time where we provide a transfer to the Montmartre district. We will ascend by funicular to the hill and admire the spectacular view of Paris from the top. This neighbourhood is known for its painters, artists, and its cabarets Sit down for lunch and enjoy a magical atmosphere. Then, a scenic guided tour to discover the history, main boulevards and the breathtaking monuments of Paris will take place. Return to hotel.

Day 6 : Paris

TODAYS HIGHLIGHTS: Eiffel Tower and boat cruise in the City of Lights. We go to the centre of Paris, starting by the Eiffel Tower area. You will have the opportunity to climb up to the second floor of this remarkable metal monument (ticket included). Then, we enjoy a boat cruise along the River Seine, which divides the north of Paris from the south. Enjoy a free afternoon to explore as you choose.

Day 7 : Departure Paris

Cancellation Policy

• As Per Hotel Policy
• Normal Cancellation Charges per person
• Up to 30 days prior to date of departure -Initial deposit amount - 25% of the tour cost (Non Refundable) per person
• Between 22 days to 29 days prior to departure - 50% of tour cost ( We need 50% payment as well)
• Between 16 days to 21 days prior to departure - 75% of tour cost
• Less than 15 days prior to departure - 100% of tour cost
• This policy may vary as per hotels booked & also during Apr, May and Jun months, Diwali / Dussehra and New Year period and Long Weekends will go up to 100% cancellation - After confirmation.
• Bank transaction charges apply on credit card/net banking refunds.
• Air ticket cost non refundable & no reschedule policy

Terms and Conditions

• The cost is based on a minimum 02 adults traveling together. Surcharges for single passengers opting for Single Occupancy room will be advised at the time of booking.
• For computation purpose the Rate of Exchange is as per the current prevailing rate and thus make the prices dynamic.
• The rates are not valid during exhibitions, conventions, special events, Trade Fairs and blackout dates. Surcharges shall apply and shall be determined at the time of booking.
• Surcharges wherever applicable would be advised at the time of booking.
• The rates are subject to availability of services (hotel accommodation, sightseeing tours and transfers) at the time of booking. We reserve the right to use an alternate hotel accommodation of an equal or higher standard. If we source a more expensive alternative, we reserve the right to re-quote based on the higher rates .
• Rates are valid for Indian Passport holders only. li>
• International Check in time around 1400 - 1600 hours / Check out time is 1000 - 1200 hours, early check in and check out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. .
• Transfers wherever included are without night surcharges.
• Seat in Coach - Airport transfers will operate from 0700hrs- 2200hrs. From 2300hrs- 0700hrs, private arrival/departure transfer shall be applicable with an additional supplement per services per person.
• No refunds either in part or in full will be made for any unutilized service.
• All the sightseeing tours and excursions are organized by local companies. The timings and days of operation are subject to alteration. Changes if any will be intimated at the time of booking.
• Sightseeing tours are strictly based on weather conditions and local service providers have the right to cancel the sightseeing tours without prior notice.
• Bookings once confirmed are subject to cancellation charges which shall be advised at that time.
• As a practice all international hotels take a security deposit at the time of check-in. The amount is generally blocked on the clients credit card or they can pay cash to the hotel. The amount will vary according to the hotel and is refunded back to the clients upon check out. Debit cards should not be offered as it will be charged immediately and refunded only after 2-3 weeks.
• The Trip4u is not responsible for any change in the price due to factors not in the control of the organization.
• The Trip4u shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, accident, changes in schedule arising from factors within or beyond our control.

• Food menu as per availability of vegetables based on Buffet | Fixed menus.
• Pricing of package is based on the correct age. Booking with incorrect age may incur penalty at later stage.
