Day 1 : Arrive Kuala Lumpur

Welcome to Kuala Lumpur! On arrival, complete your immigration procedure, collect your luggage and proceed to the arrival hall where you will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel for check in. The evening is free for you to relax or explore this city on your own. Overnight in Kuala Lumpur.

Day 2 : Kuala Lumpur City Tour

Breakfast After breakfast, proceed for a Half Day City tour of Kuala Lumpur. This tour will bring you to the confluence of the two rivers (Gombak & Klang River) where the name of Kuala Lumpur originated from, then to the King's Palace, the National Monument, drive pass Lake Gardens, photostop at National Mosque, the Moorish styled railway station, then proceed to Independence Square and Sultan Abdul Samad Building, nicknamed as the Clock tower of Kuala Lumpur. Notice the abundant greenery in the city, particularly at the Lake Gardens. A photostop at the magnificent Petronas Twin Towers is also included. Return back to hotel and overnight in Kuala Lumpur.

Day 3 : Departure

Breakfast After breakfast, check out and transfer to the airport for your return flight home.

• ✈Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health and road blocks, and/or any factors beyond control.

• ✈The payments for additional services taken at the hotel are to be settled directly at the hotel like room heater charges

• ✈Surcharges Extra for late night arrivals / Early moring Departures if any (2000hrs to 0700hrs)

• ✈Mandatory Gala dinner Supplement on specific festive dates like Diwali, Christmas and New year period etc will be borne by guest directly.

Cancellation Policy

• As Per Hotel Policy
• Normal Cancellation Charges per person
• Up to 30 days prior to date of departure -Initial deposit amount - 25% of the tour cost (Non Refundable) per person
• Between 22 days to 29 days prior to departure - 50% of tour cost ( We need 50% payment as well)
• Between 16 days to 21 days prior to departure - 75% of tour cost
• Less than 15 days prior to departure - 100% of tour cost
• This policy may vary as per hotels booked & also during Apr, May and Jun months, Diwali / Dussehra and New Year period and Long Weekends will go up to 100% cancellation - After confirmation.
• Bank transaction charges apply on credit card/net banking refunds.
• Air ticket cost non refundable & no reschedule policy

Terms and Conditions

• The cost is based on a minimum 02 adults traveling together. Surcharges for single passengers opting for Single Occupancy room will be advised at the time of booking.
• For computation purpose the Rate of Exchange is as per the current prevailing rate and thus make the prices dynamic.
• The rates are not valid during exhibitions, conventions, special events, Trade Fairs and blackout dates. Surcharges shall apply and shall be determined at the time of booking.
• Surcharges wherever applicable would be advised at the time of booking.
• The rates are subject to availability of services (hotel accommodation, sightseeing tours and transfers) at the time of booking. We reserve the right to use an alternate hotel accommodation of an equal or higher standard. If we source a more expensive alternative, we reserve the right to re-quote based on the higher rates .
• Rates are valid for Indian Passport holders only. li>
• International Check in time around 1400 - 1600 hours / Check out time is 1000 - 1200 hours, early check in and check out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. .
• Transfers wherever included are without night surcharges.
• Seat in Coach - Airport transfers will operate from 0700hrs- 2200hrs. From 2300hrs- 0700hrs, private arrival/departure transfer shall be applicable with an additional supplement per services per person.
• No refunds either in part or in full will be made for any unutilized service.
• All the sightseeing tours and excursions are organized by local companies. The timings and days of operation are subject to alteration. Changes if any will be intimated at the time of booking.
• Sightseeing tours are strictly based on weather conditions and local service providers have the right to cancel the sightseeing tours without prior notice.
• Bookings once confirmed are subject to cancellation charges which shall be advised at that time.
• As a practice all international hotels take a security deposit at the time of check-in. The amount is generally blocked on the clients credit card or they can pay cash to the hotel. The amount will vary according to the hotel and is refunded back to the clients upon check out. Debit cards should not be offered as it will be charged immediately and refunded only after 2-3 weeks.
• The Trip4u is not responsible for any change in the price due to factors not in the control of the organization.
• The Trip4u shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, accident, changes in schedule arising from factors within or beyond our control.
• These are promotional rates with validity dates can be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• Food menu as per availability of vegetables based on Buffet | Fixed menus.
• Pricing of package is based on the correct age. Booking with incorrect age may incur penalty at later stage.

We are not holding any rooms or airline seats as of now and above mentioned is quote only , subject to availability at the time of confirmation . First preference will be given to mentioned hotels for reservation. In case of non-availability of these hotels we shall advise the similar or next available option with supplement cost . In case of no show or late cancellation after reconfirmation charges applicable as per the Hotels Policy and other vendors policy.
