Day 1 : DELHI TO SHIMLA (385 KM / 7-8 HOURS DRIVE)

Pickup from Delhi and drive to Shimla Check-in to the hotel upon arrival Rest of the day is at leisure Overnight stay in Shimla

Day 2 : SHIMLA-KUFRI-SHIMLA

Full day excursion visiting to KUFRI India's one of the best holiday paradise Kufri in Shimla is beautifully tucked on an altitude of 2,622 meter,. JAKHOO TEMPLE At 2455m, this is the town's highest peak and a famous point for Shimla's famous views. The summit is crowned with a temple dedicated to Lord Hanuman.Evening free to stroll in the famous shopping place of Shimla town – Overnight stay at hotel in Shimla.

Day 3 : SHIMLA TO MANALI

The morning after breakfast proceeds to Manali. En-route visit Kullu, Kullu Valley, Shawl Factory, Sunder Nagar Lake, Hanogi Mata Temple & Pandoh Dam sightseeing. By evening you will reach Manali and check in at your pre-booked Hotel. Dinner & Overnight stay at a hotel in Manali.

Day 4 : MANALI (LOCAL MANALI)

The morning after breakfast proceeds to full-day local Manali sightseeing like Hadimba Devi Temple, Manu Temple, Tibetan Monastery and Vashisht Village. Evening free to visit Mall Road. evening Back to Hotel. Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 5 : MANALI –SOLANG VALLEY/GULABA– MANALI

Enjoy the morning breakfast at the hotel and later get ready for an excursion to visit Solang Valley/Gulaba is outstandingly beautiful and is an ideal spot to view the majestic snow-covered Himalayas, serene natural surroundings, pristine lake, and fairy white snow round the year. Return back to the hotel on time for dinner and overnight stay. Kindly Note: National Green Tribunal is allowing only limited vehicles to Rohtang pass per day. So Rohtang Pass by Own Cost if Available Permit - Pay on the spot according to Union rate.

Day 6 : MANALI – DELHI

After breakfast Check out From the hotel and drive to Delhi By evening you reach in Delhi and drop at Railway station/Airport to catch on wards train/flight & back to home with sweet memories.

Cancellation Policy

• As Per Hotel Policy
• Normal Cancellation Charges per person
• Up to 30 days prior to date of departure -Initial deposit amount - 25% of the tour cost (Non Refundable) per person
• Between 22 days to 29 days prior to departure - 50% of tour cost ( We need 50% payment as well)
• Between 16 days to 21 days prior to departure - 75% of tour cost
• Less than 15 days prior to departure - 100% of tour cost
• This policy may vary as per hotels booked & also during Apr, May and Jun months, Diwali / Dussehra and New Year period and Long Weekends will go up to 100% cancellation - After confirmation.
• Bank transaction charges apply on credit card/net banking refunds.
• Air ticket cost non refundable & no reschedule policy

Terms and Conditions

• The cost is based on a minimum 02 adults traveling together. Surcharges for single passengers opting for Single Occupancy room will be advised at the time of booking.
• For computation purpose the Rate of Exchange is as per the current prevailing rate and thus make the prices dynamic.
• The rates are not valid during exhibitions, conventions, special events, Trade Fairs and blackout dates. Surcharges shall apply and shall be determined at the time of booking.
• Surcharges wherever applicable would be advised at the time of booking.
• The rates are subject to availability of services (hotel accommodation, sightseeing tours and transfers) at the time of booking. We reserve the right to use an alternate hotel accommodation of an equal or higher standard. If we source a more expensive alternative, we reserve the right to re-quote based on the higher rates .
• Rates are valid for Indian Passport holders only. li>
• International Check in time around 1400 - 1600 hours / Check out time is 1000 - 1200 hours, early check in and check out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. .
• Transfers wherever included are without night surcharges.
• Seat in Coach - Airport transfers will operate from 0700hrs- 2200hrs. From 2300hrs- 0700hrs, private arrival/departure transfer shall be applicable with an additional supplement per services per person.
• No refunds either in part or in full will be made for any unutilized service.
• All the sightseeing tours and excursions are organized by local companies. The timings and days of operation are subject to alteration. Changes if any will be intimated at the time of booking.
• Sightseeing tours are strictly based on weather conditions and local service providers have the right to cancel the sightseeing tours without prior notice.
• Bookings once confirmed are subject to cancellation charges which shall be advised at that time.
• As a practice all international hotels take a security deposit at the time of check-in. The amount is generally blocked on the clients credit card or they can pay cash to the hotel. The amount will vary according to the hotel and is refunded back to the clients upon check out. Debit cards should not be offered as it will be charged immediately and refunded only after 2-3 weeks.
• The Trip4u is not responsible for any change in the price due to factors not in the control of the organization.
• The Trip4u shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, accident, changes in schedule arising from factors within or beyond our control.
• These are promotional rates with validity dates can be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• Food menu as per availability of vegetables based on Buffet | Fixed menus.
• Pricing of package is based on the correct age. Booking with incorrect age may incur penalty at later stage.

We are not holding any rooms or airline seats as of now and above mentioned is quote only , subject to availability at the time of confirmation . First preference will be given to mentioned hotels for reservation. In case of non-availability of these hotels we shall advise the similar or next available option with supplement cost .
