Tour Itinerary

Day 1 :DELHI – SHIMLA

Arrival at Delhi and drive to Shimla. On arrival at Shimla check into the hotel. Dinner and Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2 : SHIMLA

Shimla sightseeing Shimla is one of the most popular hill Resorts of North India and former summer capital of the British in India. The town is situated at an altitude of 6810 ft. Full day sightseeing tour of Shimla covering Kufri, The Ridge, Christ Church and The Mall Road for shopping.

Day 3 : SHIMLA – MANALI

After breakfast, check out and drive to Manali. Upon arrival at Manali, transfer to the hotel. Dinner and Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4 : MANALI

After Breakfast you will be taken for Manali sightseeing covering Hadimba Devi Temple, Manu Temple, Vashisth Temple, Tibetan Monastery. Afternoon free at leisure and shopping.

Day 5 :MANALI – ROHTANG PASS TOUR (ON YOUR OWN)

After Breakfast, Full day tour of Rohtang Pass (On Your Own) – The majesty of the mountains and the glaciers can be seen at their best. Take a sledge ride down the slopes, try your luck climbing the little snow hills. On the way back to Manali visit Solang Valley. Return to the hotel for Dinner and Overnight stay at Manali.

Day 6 : MANALI – DALHOUSIE

After Breakfast, checkout and transfer to Dalhousie. Upon arrival check into the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure or optional visit to Chamba Valley known for its 8th century Laxminarayan temple, Mall Road and Kala Top.

Day 7 : DALHOUSIE

After Breakfast, process for a full day sightseeing to Khajjiar, 18 kms from Dalhousie. It’s one of the most scenic saucer shaped Plateau and is surrounded by dense pine and deodar forests. Its beauty has further been enhanced by a small lake in the center with a floating island and a 9 hole golf course here are the other interesting places to cover.

Day 8 : DALHOUSIE – AMRITSAR

Dalhousie – Amritsar After breakfast, checkout from the hotel and drive to Amritsar. Upon arrival check into the hotel. Later visit Wagah Border (If Operative), located at a distance of 28 kilometers from Amritsar. It is the only border crossing between India and Pakistan.

Day 9 : AMRITSAR – DELHI AIRPORT

After breakfast, checkout from hotel and drive to visit Golden Temple, also called Sri Harmandir Sahib, the most visited tourist attraction of Amritsar. It is the most sacred temple for Sikhs. Later, proceed to visit Jallianwala Bagh. In the afternoon, proceed to Delhi. And drop at the Airport for return journey.

Cancellation Policy

• As Per Hotel Policy
• Normal Cancellation Charges per person
• Up to 30 days prior to date of departure -Initial deposit amount - 25% of the tour cost (Non Refundable) per person
• Between 22 days to 29 days prior to departure - 50% of tour cost ( We need 50% payment as well)
• Between 16 days to 21 days prior to departure - 75% of tour cost
• Less than 15 days prior to departure - 100% of tour cost
• This policy may vary as per hotels booked & also during Apr, May and Jun months, Diwali / Dussehra and New Year period and Long Weekends will go up to 100% cancellation - After confirmation.
• Bank transaction charges apply on credit card/net banking refunds.
• Air ticket cost non refundable & no reschedule policy

Terms and Conditions

• The cost is based on a minimum 02 adults traveling together. Surcharges for single passengers opting for Single Occupancy room will be advised at the time of booking.
• For computation purpose the Rate of Exchange is as per the current prevailing rate and thus make the prices dynamic.
• The rates are not valid during exhibitions, conventions, special events, Trade Fairs and blackout dates. Surcharges shall apply and shall be determined at the time of booking.
• Surcharges wherever applicable would be advised at the time of booking.
• The rates are subject to availability of services (hotel accommodation, sightseeing tours and transfers) at the time of booking. We reserve the right to use an alternate hotel accommodation of an equal or higher standard. If we source a more expensive alternative, we reserve the right to re-quote based on the higher rates .
• Rates are valid for Indian Passport holders only. li>
• International Check in time around 1400 - 1600 hours / Check out time is 1000 - 1200 hours, early check in and check out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. .
• Transfers wherever included are without night surcharges.
• Seat in Coach - Airport transfers will operate from 0700hrs- 2200hrs. From 2300hrs- 0700hrs, private arrival/departure transfer shall be applicable with an additional supplement per services per person.
• No refunds either in part or in full will be made for any unutilized service.
• All the sightseeing tours and excursions are organized by local companies. The timings and days of operation are subject to alteration. Changes if any will be intimated at the time of booking.
• Sightseeing tours are strictly based on weather conditions and local service providers have the right to cancel the sightseeing tours without prior notice.
• Bookings once confirmed are subject to cancellation charges which shall be advised at that time.
• As a practice all international hotels take a security deposit at the time of check-in. The amount is generally blocked on the clients credit card or they can pay cash to the hotel. The amount will vary according to the hotel and is refunded back to the clients upon check out. Debit cards should not be offered as it will be charged immediately and refunded only after 2-3 weeks.
• The Trip4u is not responsible for any change in the price due to factors not in the control of the organization.
• The Trip4u shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, accident, changes in schedule arising from factors within or beyond our control.
• These are promotional rates with validity dates can be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• Food menu as per availability of vegetables based on Buffet | Fixed menus.
• Pricing of package is based on the correct age. Booking with incorrect age may incur penalty at later stage.

First preference will be given to mentioned hotels for reservation. In case of non-availability of these hotels we shall advise the similar or next available option with supplement cost .
